A B O U T

The Fractured Strategist started her career in the fashion industry. A few years into a variety of roles in corporate sales and marketing, she transitioned into the nonprofit sector focusing on community engagement and the development of diversity inclusion programs, where she spent nearly a decade, before deciding to get a Master in Public Administration (MPA).  Following graduate school, she transitioned into higher education administration and focuses her work on strategic administration and staff development.  Over the last decade, she has coached hundreds of mid-career professionals through career transitions and has provided guidance on program development and diversity inclusion tactics.  She lives in New York City with her husband and two children, she shares the ins and outs of her life as a strategist on her blog fracturedbrilliance.com.
